Alternative Healing;

“One of the hardest things was learning I was worth recovery.”
— Demi Lovato

What can happen when you visit...

We are busy beings. Continuously in motion. Our lives are activated in stress.  They are lived in stress.

And yet, human bodies are not designed to thrive in continual stress. The interconnectedness of the human body is phenomenal. To have a healthy heart, you need a healthy brain, a healthy gut, and a healthy nervous system. The improvement of brain fog by changing what we eat or meditation, also improves cardiovascular health.

Receiving body work that promotes exiting the fight or flight state of our lives creates healthier pathways in the body. These are some of the offerings available within my practice.

Visiting the office can look many different ways. If you come to seek Women's Holistic Wellness Coaching, I will work with you in person, in a set of sessions. We will talk, dive deep into YOU, what it looks like in your life, what things may be hindering you, what foods you are eating, what your dreams are. We will create SMART goals or aspirations that are attainable and sustainable.

If you come to seek Reiki or Craniosacral Therapy, clothes stay on and you will lay on a massage table. Hands are placed lightly on your body and hopefully you will drift into a relaxed, slightly altered state, where perhaps you discover within yourself things that may need to change or uncover trauma you have been holding.

If you come to practice Qi Gong, I am passing on the tools to each individual to create their own moments of presence, peace, and mindfulness.

If you come for Gua Sha Stone or Cupping facials, you will find relaxation and light touch from the above the chest and up. Using these techniques I bring blood flow, nutrients, and oxygen into your skin promoting the revitalization of collagen.

And hopefully, in the near future, if you come for a Sister Circle, you will find community. A place where you are held, healed, and loved without judgement. A place to laugh and cry. A place to sing your joys and a place to embrace the sorrows knowing you are not alone.
